The location is excellent. 👌 Staff are helpful. Walking Street is far enough away, so you're not distrubuted at night by any noise from there. Breakfast is great, and there is plenty of choice, with fruits too. The beach is just amazing. Walking Street has plenty of places to eat out. 7/11 is always a great choice. There are two of them. Supermarket had all you needed, too. Loved the island. 😍

we booked for 8 days (couple), when arrived got us free upgrade :) The location is good - 5-10 minutes from walking street, not noisy, boats-free beach right outside the resort, there's a shortcut to sunset beach behind the bungalows. Staff very responsive and helpful, cleaned our room on request with no delay. Breakfast good , enough food and good variety. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, everything worked in the bath. Over the 8 days we called this resort our home, and would definitely recommend and come back.

Bella Vista is a fairly rustic resort however the chalets were clean and spacious with an outdoor terrace/sitting area. Contrary to reviews I had read before our visit the shower room was fine. Staff happily transported our cases from/to the ferry which was really appreciated. Above all it's the location of the resort that is the biggest plus. Right on the beach with no boats moored in front - just wander in to the sea and swim or snorkel!

Had a great stay here, upgraded to a Villa with beach view out on porch. Only 15 mts to beach. Spacious room with AC, big TV, nice shower room, nice beach towels and comfy bed. Resort is located 300m from beach drop off and not too many boats anchored in front like other places. Call reception to have someone collect your luggage when you arrive. Snorkling out front the resort is great, no need for an Island snorkling trip or snorkling at Sunset beach is amazing. Loved it here.

Nice little resort with the best beach front of the whole island. No boats, crystal clear water and white sand. Nice breakfast with a selection of cold and warm food. Helpful staff and rooms are just fine. Walking street just 5 min away. There are a lot of stray dogs on the island, so I always had a little bit of food with me as it seems like that this is the only thing they get and they are very grateful.

Amazing location with plenty of sun loungers. Staff friendly and sorted my issues nearly always straightaway. Food good. Lots of choice for breakfast. Beach towels provided. Room is a great size. I had a room (upstairs) closest to dining area and the view was good.

Our stay here was wonderful! The room was very confortable and well equipped, just 20m from the Pattaya beach. They clean everyday and provide you bottles of water. The buffet breakfast in the morning was amazing, with a large choice of food and drinks. They even offer you the transport of your luggages with a trolley from the port to the hotel :) And they have a lot of deck chairs and parasols you can use! ☀️ Book your stay here, you won’t regret choosing this place ☺️

very well positioned! varied, tasty and rich breakfast! very good restaurant prices, very good food, friendly staff! next to the resort there is an exceptional massage parlor! wonderful beach!

I have gotten free upgrade, not sure why, but for sure it made my day. the staff also contacted me asking what time is my arrival, so that they can arrange for pick up from the pier. but since I'm moving from 1 hotel to here, so I just request for an early check in. the staff reply me no. But on actual day, I just go to the reception to leave my luggage, the staff told me the room is ready, and she didn't inform me about the room upgrade, but I saw it on my booking form on their side. and yes I made sure it was really an upgrade, after comparing the room I booked from the app. thabk you so much!

Very close to the beach; in fact it was the best part of the beach with the fewest boats. The room was very clean, spacious and it had everything as advertised. The free breakfast was awesome and with lots to choose from, with slight day-to-day variations in the food that was offered. You could walk in and out during the whole duration of the buffet, so you could eat twice if your a big morning eater. Every other day the room was cleaned. Very friendly and helpful staff. Took care of our snorkeling trip, and sent us the underwater photos after we already left the island. Also, when we left the resort, they brought our luggage to the ferry terminal.
